The subjects are placed in the broader context of related disciplines such as Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Science, and Nuclear and Particle Physics.

Please refer to the attached files for initial instructions. To obtain full instructions to authors, please, go the website shown below and read the instructions to authors
( http://www.springer.com/authors/book+authors?SGWID=0-154102-0-0-0 ).

The papers are limited to 8 pages including figures and tables. If you paper exceeds the 8 page limit (that is governed by our Budgetary restrains) each additional page will be charged at $25.00 (i.e. if your paper will be12 pages instead of 8 pages, you will be charged $100 dollars).

The maximum number of pages, in any case should not exceed 12.

To speed up the printing of the proceedings, we would very much appreciate receiving your paper at the meeting.

However, due to the rather short notice on the publishing rules, we would accept a 4 week delay on submission of full manuscripts and the absolutely last deadline will be 31 July, 2011. Manuscripts received after that date will not be included in the proceedings.

All manuscripts should be delivered to:
